Graebel Van Lines and Optim Workspace are shutting down operations. We are working to transfer existing work to other highly regarded national and regional moving and workspace companies.

If you have storage with us, IMMEDIATE ACTION IS REQUIRED. In some cases, we have made arrangements with other moving companies or with your Relocation Management Company to move your goods to another location at no cost to you.

IF SUCH ARRANGEMENTS HAVE NOT ALREADY BEEN MADE, YOU MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO REMOVE YOUR STORED GOODS IMMEDIATELY.

We ask that you please email us at customerservicehelp@graebelmoving.com and include as much of the following information in your email as possible:

  • Name of the account you are calling about (full name)
  • The move ID if known
  • The warehouse City and State if known
  • Your name (if different than the name on the account), phone number where we can reach you and email address.

Email is the fastest method for us to locate your paperwork and start processing your storage.  You can reach us by phone at 877.760.9390.

You may also contact us to check the status of a move, to coordinate with a local office to schedule a release from the warehouse, or account support & updates.
